Service Description

To ensure the provision of top-notch services, a walk-through estimate may be required as the pricing may vary depending on several factors such as the size of the items, additional personnel, materials required, additional tariffs, and fees like fuel, mileage, and bulky item charges. The estimation process typically takes between 30 minutes to an hour. We, however, request an additional hour buffer to cater to any unforeseen disruptions during travel times between clients. It is important to note that we serve all of Central Texas. We offer this service at no cost, but kindly note that our representative will ask for a nonrefundable payment of 25% of the move cost at the end of the appointment to secure your move booking and schedule. This payment ensures that we observe a first-come, first-served booking process strategy. While payment or acceptance of the estimate is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it for those with a strict moving schedule, as it allows us to lock in a suitable moving date.


Cancellation Policy

If you require cancellation of your move, We ask that you give us at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
